Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At Peteli Home, we supply high-quality architectural and home products—including aluminum bifold

doors and windows, security doors, bath cabinets, and acoustic wall panels—to customers across

the United States.

Shipping

Service Area

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii,

Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on select orders. Freight charges may apply to oversized or heavy items.

All applicable charges are confirmed prior to order fulfillment.

Processing Times

In-stock items: 2–5 business days

Made-to-order/custom products: 6–10 weeks

Delivery

Standard delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days after shipment. Large items ship via freight

carriers.

Returns

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for unused, uninstalled, undamaged in-stock items within 14 days of

delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products, configured items, clearance items, installed products, and used items are

non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

Refunds

Processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

Allowed before production begins. Custom orders cannot be canceled after production starts.
